Every now and then I find some amazing things that I never expect to find because they are so rare. These antique Sunflower nails or upholstery tacks are just that item. These are from a large lot of metal findings acquired in France. The lovely pieces are over 100 years old. They have never been used. They are what we call new-old stock. The flower measures 1 inches in diameter and they have been "slightly" aged over many long years. The patina is just perfect. Their design has been so deftly done it makes the quality of these antique pieces outstanding! Each piece has the original wear to the metal commensurate with its age but honestly... THESE ARE PERFECT.
Antique pieces like these would be wonderful. While they can be used for furniture accents and upholstery they are also great as decorative picture hangers. Sold INDIVIDUALLY. You are purchasing ONE PIECE per purchase. They measure approximately 1" in diameter and the pin on the back is a good .75".
