Superb antique miniature fob seal pendant from the mid 1800's.. This seal pendant is in the form of a knight slaying a lion. This is a lovely piece we purchased from a private collector in England. The quality is magnificent as you can see in its highly intricate details constructed from silver and real gold. We had it tested and the gold tests at 18ct. The weight of the entire piece measures in at 3 grams. The matrix is a carved bloodstone intaglio seal engraved with the moto "IN LIFE". This is clearly a collector's piece symbolic of a individual striving and winning in life.
The seal is approximately .50" x .80" and stands about 1.4" tall. This is a solid antique piece in magnificent condition and would make a fine addition to any collection. For those that love to wear these rare pieces it would be stunning on a chain.
