Antique French doube sided painting. Probably one of my "Top 10" pieces becuase I just love something about the wear on this one and the fact that the artist created two pieces in one. Someone had to have loved the piece so much that they reused it. This is an antique oil on canvas tacked to a frame. The canvas and the frame are both from the 1800's. I have done no repairs to this piece at all. The canvas side is row homes in a village on a canal. On the back side of frame is another oil painting of a vase of flowers. I love this piece because I can flip it around so I have multiple pieces of art. This piece measures 13" x 9.5" x .75". It is perfect having two oil paintings in one piece.
