This antique Edwardian silver fob/seal/pendant is a stunning piece of jewelry dating back to the early 1900s. It is approximately 1" long and features two beautiful oval-shaped sardonyx stones with a soft grey hue that spin within the framework. The piece is about 1" wide and tested as 800-grade silver. This is a beautiful antique fob/seal/pendant. I purchased this piece as part of a private collector collection. This is a true gem for both collectors and antique jewelry enthusiasts. This piece is in wonderful condition, given its age. Perfect to use and wear on a chain as a pendant.
FUN FACT -
800 silver refers to a silver alloy that is 80% pure. Pure silver is very soft and easily damaged, so for most practical purposes, silver is mixed (alloyed) with other metals in order to strengthen it.
