This lovely textile swatch book was found in our shipment from France. It's a brief glimpse at French textile history. This wonderful book is an upholstery sample book that a customer would have looked through before placing a furniture order. It dates from the early 1900's There are 18 swatches / samples of the wonderful patterns to choose from. A lovely document of textile history. The swatch book measure 12" x 6.75" x .80. The swatches do not appear to have any stains on them and they are intact in the bound book held with 2 silver brads. There is a blue rope cord for hanging the book.
