A superb French homespun handloomed coarse weave linen sheet from the early 1800s.
This piece has is perfect for projects. It is monogrammed with "SG" but can easily be removed if you don't want it. Excellent for upholstery, curtains and so much more. This is a delicieux tactile weave in unbleached fresh white. A totally natural textile. This sheet is made up of 2 joined loom widths. Another good way to get large linen curtains with absolutely no sewing involved. This is also perfect for dying projects as well.
This sheet is a strong weave. I did not clean this sheet. It is as I found it. Folding marks from being stored away for many years in a marriage armoire. It will need to be cleaned which is easy. The directions will be included with the purchase. This textile measures 6.6 feet x 8.1 feet making it a large textile with a lot of possibilities.
