Beautiful early 1900's French religious icon. Darling piece where the glass is the frame. I did clean this piece and it does look wonderful. It is an original and the glass is cracked but it has that "Faded Gandeur" look. Clearly this piece meant something to someone. This piece measures 3.5" x 4.25". It is another great find but I did not take this one apart. I did however reinforce the frame with a nwe layer of the same OLD black around the edges. This one is a lovely find with the original ribbon and loop for hanging. I am pretty sure the glas can be replaced and it can be retaped. Just another darling piece of history.
