This is a lovely rare find. A scred heart flag from France in mint condition. In France the Scouts are part of the Catholic Church. On their backpacks they carried a French flag with the sacred heart on it. This one is from the 1940s and was probably worn by many a child. This flag is completely intact and measures 7" x 6.5". It is a beauty.
